Error message when downloading Vantage Credit Union accounts to Quicken

I no longer am able to download Vantage Credit Union data to my Quicken account. I receive an error message. When I contacted Vantage CU, they informed me they do not download to third party. Please check on this for me!!! Thanks

I checked our list of currently supported banks, https://www.quicken.com/support/fi-list-support-quicken-versions.
I did not find a listing for Vantage Credit union.
To be sure, what is the website that you go to view these accounts?

I was unable to find a listing in the bank list that uses the URL.
Unfortunately, it is up to the bank whether they choose to partner with Quicken.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to chat with Quicken Support or call them on the phone and request help. Let them review the latest download log file on your computer for the exact error code and what to do about it.
