FirstBank of Colorado trouble connecting and can't download transactions

I've used Quicken Deluxe for years with Firstbank of Colorado but have notice my passwords constantly need to be reset on a weekly basis for about 6 months and now I can't sync with Firstbank for about 6 weeks, have reset and deactivated several times but still fails to sync, FirstBank online support says they've done what they can to help

    I would try to make a test file (File > New Quicken File, no mobile/web) and try to add your FirstBank accounts to see if the issue exists in a new environment.
