Quicken Mobile Balances Incorrect

I am using Quicken H&B 2016 R19.5. I recently cleaned out my Quicken Cloud data in an effort to try to get Quicken Mobile to work. The issue I am having is that Quicken is showing a Full Sync, however, the information I am seeing in Quicken Mobile for iOS is not correct. It appears that most of the balances listed in the app are incorrect and if I view an account, it shows that I have no transactions.

Any thoughts?

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.

  • I opened up a new data file in Quicken and deleted the Cloud Data linked to the old data file and then went back to the old data file and started anew.
