Quicken Cloud & American Express

I am using Quicken H&B 2016 R19.5. I recently cleaned out my Quicken Cloud data in an effort to try to get Quicken Mobile to work. The first issue I am having is that when I try to add my American Express accounts, it tells me that my password is incorrect. If I perform a One Step Update, it works without issue. I have let it try to use the password that automatically populates in the password field when on the Edit Account Settings window for Quicken Cloud, but have also tried typing in the password. I have been very careful to make sure it is being typed in correctly.

Anyone have any thoughts on why it will fail for the password there, but One Step Update works fine?
