Syncing to my Bank Institution

First of all. I am able to import my bank accounts into checking and savings accounts manually
The issue I am having is both mobile and desktop.
I used to be able to sync to my bank accounts from within the desktop to the bank accounts.
Now I am getting errors for both accounts.

Which bank(s) are you getting this error? Do they information in additional to the (-32) error?
More information of available in this article: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-28-29-and-32-quicken-mac. This includes troubleshooting steps.
I would also try making a test file with no mobile/web (File>New) and try to add your accounts to see if the issue exists in a new environment.
