Trouble "linking" to existing Burke and Herbert bank accounts

For some reason, my Burke and Herbert accounts are no longer downloading and if I try to reconnect my Quicken accounts to the Burke and Herbert accounts, the accounts are not showing up. I've contacted Burke and Herbert about this and they said everything looks fine on their end and that I should contact Quicken/Intuit.

    How do things look on the bank website - are the accounts ok ?
    Just looked via Quicken Windows - and the setup screen recognizes the bank.
    Not sure if the Quicken MAC version is having an issue

  • Thanks. Yes, I can log in through Quicken and it shows the 4 accounts. The problem is, it won't let me connect them to existing accounts. I have to add them to new accounts.

    But, I did figure out that I need to go back and do this one-by-one to each account, rather than all in one go.

    Normally you should be able to "link" the bank account
    with the existing Quicken account.
