RESOLVED 03/05/19 Capital One returns CC-505/105, "We're sorry, we hit a snag" errors

We have received reports that Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users are receiving a CC-505/105 error code or a "We're sorry, we hit a snag" error message when attempting to add or update accounts in Quicken.

Capital One is currently experiencing an unplanned outage and is unavailable.  Please allow 2-4 hours before attempting to add or update accounts in Quicken again.

  • This issue has been resolved and Quicken for Windows and Mac Users should no longer receive a CC-505/105 or "We're sorry, we hit a snag" error when adding or updating accounts with Capital One.
