Two factor Authentication

I recently was the victim of identity theft and feel that all financial-based sites should offer two-factor authentication to users.  I don't want someone accessing my Quicken data, because the site was not properly protected.  Thanks.

Hello ckaiman. Thank you for your feedback.

We appreciate your information regarding the issue in which you are having. We apologize for the issues with the identity theft, but it is at the bank to add on the service.

    Respectfully,
    ~ Quicken Harold.

  • Intuit Quickbooks protects users data by allowing two-factor authentication.  Quicken cloud has access to a lot of my financial data - I feel it would be beneficial to allow users to use two-factor auth instead of just a username/password to access the app and site.
