Bank account won't update

My bank account will not download transaction as of several days ago and forces me to reconcile with an adjustmet thus I can't download each transaction.

    Actually, that's Q2019 now ... you were automatically updated a few releases ago.
    BUT, USA and R18.15 was sufficient.
    Do you get any error message or codes when you try to download?  Because there's no KNOWN issues with Chase that are current.
    Also, when you do TOOLS, Account List, what does is say in the "Transactions Download" column across from your Chase account.
    Lastly, I assume that we're talking about a checking account.  Correct? Do you have any other accounts at Chase?  If so, how are they behaving?
