Since getting the newer program I'm having issues downloading transactions from Bank of America

I get this error:  Bank of America-all other states is not responding.  Please try again later the network connection was lost.

With support, I've deleted all previous passwords in my keychain, deactivated downloads for the accounts then reactivated downloads along with adding passwords again and matching the accounts Quicken found to the names of the accounts in my Quicken program. 

All to no avail.  He then tried to go through the same steps  and then have me save the data to a windows type file.  I finally had to force quit because Quicken was not responding.
