NEW 03/18/19 American Express Returns Error Adding/Updating Accounts CC 505/OL-293

American Express is intermittently blocking all third party connections, preventing Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users from adding/updating accounts using the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect and Direct Connect connection methods.

We are working with our Service Providers and American Express to restore connections as soon as possible and recommend allowing 2 - 24 hours before attempting to add/update accounts in Quicken again.
