NASA FCU Updates in 2017 for Mac

    I also am having trouble updating from NASA FCU, using Quicken 2017 for Mac.  No connection problem is reported, but some accounts show no new items and other accounts are missing some items, but not all.  This appears to have been happening since sometime in Jan 2019.

    Hello dtaylor73. Appreciate your question.

    We would recommend Deactivating and Reactivating your current NASA FCU accounts and see if this allows you to link and download new transactions.

    You could also try to make a Test File (File > New, no mobile/web) and try to add your accounts to see if the issue exists in a new environment.
