has anyone else upgrade their subscription

Today i update from quicken 2016. My subscription expires on 4/30/2019 and when i upgrade to quicken 2019 today i lost a month of my old subscription. My new one started today instead of on 4/30/2019. Doesn't seem right to lose a month.

You went from non-subscription to subscription and the subscription starts either at time of purchase ( if from Quicken.com) or installation (if from retail vendor). When you extend the subscription, it is a true extension. For all the installation of Quicken knew, you could have been upgrading from QW2015 which has not supported online banking for 11 months.-splasher using Q since 1996 - Subscription - Win10
