I deleted my logon when I removed Quicken last year. Can I simply sign up for a new logon?

I no longer have the username/password for the software I uninstalled in 2018. I plan to purchase software for 2019 soon. Will I be able to establish a whole new username and password? If not, how do I recover what I had or obtain a reset link?
