How do you save the settings of which accounts get downloaded in one step update?

Every time I do an update, the fields are blank, even though I go to settings, pick the accounts and hit apply.

    For the action to "stick" try using apply and perform a OSU.

  • I have hit apply, and did a successful update.  Next time I do one, they are all blank again.

  • I have done the steps in troubleshooting 101, and this did not fix my problem.  The accounts that are updated are not saved.  I must go to setting, select the accounts.  This was never a problem until I updated to the latest version.

    So how far back did you go restoring from your backup files before giving up? 

    The data file is corrupted; you could try deactivating all accounts from online services, including billers, deleting your password vault, then close and open Quicken and set them up again.
