Bank of America accounts not downloading, repeated issue

We have several Bank of America accounts and once again nothing is downloading from the bank.  I have put in the BoA account password again when it asks, but nothing is downloading.
This has happened repeatedly in the past and when I try to set it up again it just starts a new account that works once.

    What error code(s) are you getting when you try downloading transactions from Bank of America?

    Have you tried making a test file to see if you are able to download transactions in a new environment?
