cannot download transactions from Meriwest Credit Union

When trying to download transactions from Meriwest Credit Union, I get the following error:

Partial Download (-28)
1 new transactions downloaded (there may be more transactions to download)
CP_SCRIPT_ERROR:ccscrape.101:java.lang.NullPointerException
Last attempt: 3/31/2019 - 12:31PM
1 new transaction downloaded

I'm on Quicken for Mac 5.11.0 on macOS 10.15.6, and my subscription is up-to-date.  Is there anything that I can do to resolve this?

* When did this issue first start happening?

*  We would recommend making a Test File (File > New, no mobile/web) and adding your account to see if this issue exists in a new environment. Please let us know if you get the same error or if you are able to add your account...
