Error Code with Citi Bank

This seems to be a recurring issue with Citi Bank. FL_Website_unavailable:ccscrate.105:URL. Citi.com...... There is history about this and then it was fixed, and now it is doing it again. What is the permanent fix. Also I am getting random double entries ONLY on the Citi bank account. How do I fix this?

    Hi Sharon,
    It looks like CitiBank is currently blocking all aggregation due to an issue with their website, so this would explain the 105 error that you're seeing.  

    For the duplicate transactions, have you reviewed the steps here to potentially resolve the issue?  https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-downloads-transactions-which-are-duplicates-existing-register-entries

  •  I will try the fix for the duplicate transaction when this is back on line. I do no have a n problem with the Citibank site directly and they are suggesting that it is a Quicken issue as it was in the past. could you please look into this being rectified. It has been down since April 8, 2019.
