UPDATED 04/22/19 PSECU Returns Error CC-501/193

We are currently investigating reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac Users receiving a CC-501/193 error code when attempting to add or update accounts with PSECU using the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection methods.

An escalation has been opened with our Service Providers and we are working with them to resolve this error as soon as possible.

If a CC-501 or 193 error is received, please contact Quicken Support and reference Alert "A-0443" for assistance with troubleshooting and/or to add your information to the open escalation.

    We are receiving reports from some Users that they are now able to successfully connect with PSECU to add/update accounts.  Users report that deactivating/reactivating the accounts has restored access, however a large number of errors are still being reported for both Quicken for Windows and Mac Users.

    We are continuing to work with our Service Providers to resolve these errors as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience while efforts to resolve this matter continue.
