RESOLVED 8/23/2019 Error when trying to add or update Optum Bank

There is currently an issue with OPTUM Bank blocking Quicken.

This is a known issue and is currently being worked on at this time. 

Please allow time for resolution and try to update accounts every 24/48 hours

    Optum Bank is still blocking downloads from Quicken. Please reach out to Optum Bank directly for an ETA on a resolution.

    A permanent block has been placed by Optum bank on downloads to Quicken.

    Only the financial institution or their service provider can determine if and when they will allow connections through Quicken once again. 

    This alert is being marked as resolved, although downloads will be unavailable for Optum Bank.
