Unable to add HSN charge card to Quicken - get error message

HI yes i basically just want tot add HSN card to quicken but every time i try i get this sync error on my screen help please ok

    I'm sorry to hear you are receiving an error when attempting to activate accounts and thank you for reporting this issue to the Community.

    When checking our list of Financial Institutions, I see 4 different entries for HSN - which name are you selecting?



    When logging in to view the account at the Financial Institution website, do you go to www.hsn.com or www.comenity.net/HSNcard?

    the first one since it is only a charge card for hsn ok thanks

    I was able to replicate your current issue and was able to determine that it is a server-side error with the HSN credit card:
