Why did Synchrony Bank accounts stop updating as of April 20, 2019?

Since April 20, 2019 none of my Synchrony Bank accounts are updating. Just stopped?

    What year and version of Quicken are you currently running?

    Hi Tyka
        I get no error messages.  When the update window comes up it says that Synchrony  Bank has updated successfully, but this is not the case I've so far entered a number of entries form Synchrony into Quicken manually. I've tried to update the account separately, but I get no indication that anything is happening, except the little arrow wheel spins for a short time. I'm using Quicken for Mac 2019 subscription.

    Thank you for that additional information, although I apologize you have not yet received a follow-up response.

    If you go to the Window menu at the very top of Quicken and select "Account Status", what does it show as the "Last Update" date for the synchrony accounts?
