Having problems downloading

I keep getting errors when I try to download my transactions from Capital One.  It was working two days ago.  I also have the problem with USAA but it looks like that is being worked on.

    Thank you for taking the time to report that you are receiving errors when downloading transactions from Capital One, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    What error messages/codes are you receiving?  What version and release of Quicken are you using?  (Quicken > About Quicken)

    Web Connect services for Capital One Bank have been deactivated. You can try to setup your account using Quicken Connect because it needs to sign into the Capital One website in order to verify your identity to setup your bank accounts.
