RESOLVED: 5/23/19 Venmo Returns CC-501/101 Error

Quicken for Windows and Mac Users will receive a CC-501/101 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Venmo using the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection method.

We have opened an escalation with our Service Providers and are working with them to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  If you would like to add your information to the open escalation, please contact Quicken Support.

    We have received notification that this issue has been resolved and connections restored.

    All Quicken for Windows and Mac Users should no longer receive a CC-501/101 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Venmo using the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection methods.

    Some Users have reported receiving a CC-505/105 error intermittently, we are currently researching this error and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

    If a CC-505/105 error is received, please allow a few minutes and then try to add or update accounts once more.
