RESOLVED 5/24/19 XML/We've Hit a Snag Error when Adding Capital One Accounts

We are currently investigating reports of Quicken for Windows 2019 subscription Users receiving an error when attempting to Add Accounts with all instances of Capital One.

We have opened a high priority escalation with our Service Providers and are working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

Users may receive the following screens after authorizing accounts:

Selecting "No" will result in a XML error

Some Users have reported that after multiple attempts to add an account, the XML/We've Hit a Snag error auto-resolves and they are able to successfully activate accounts for download.

If this error is received, please allow 1-2 hours and try to add accounts again.

Other Users have reported they can success by closing Quicken, signing directly into the Capital One website, then signing out and opening Quicken to attempt to add accounts once again.
