CP_SERVER_ERROR:internal.api:Throttler denied request

I noticed that there are many questions and responses to this issued.   Every time I sync all may accounts show this error.   When I click retry on one of the account, everything is updated correctly.   So what are some solutions I need to try to eliminate the error.   Thanks.

    Hello sbbabcock. Appreciate your question.

Are you using Quicken for Windows or Quicken for Mac? This error I normally see in Quicken for Mac.

The throttler error is temporary. You should be able to check your downloads from your bank within 2 to 3 hours.. If the issue continues, resetting your connection to your bank should resolve the issue..

    Deactivate Accounts: https://www.quicken.com/support/deactivate-online-banking-services-quicken-account
    Reactivate Accounts: https://www.quicken.com/support/reactivating-deactivated-account

Hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for the quick reply.   I am using Quicken for Mac.
So you believe the solution is to deactivate all of my accounts then systematically add them back.   I have several accounts, so I want to make sure before tackling this venture.

You are correct, in that I used the Windows based software for decades and changed to the Mac a few years ago.   More issues with the Mac versions, not quite a good but still loyal to the software in general.
