Unauthorized access - Quicken on the Web

I keep getting an Unauthorized Access message when I attempt to log in to Quicken on the Web. I have reset my password, yet I am still unable to log on. I am not certain what else to do. Any suggestions?

    Hello FeliciaZF,

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this difficulty.

    In the Quicken desktop version, I would check to see if the file is set to sync.

    Yes, my file is set to sync. It does sync with the with the mobile app. It is the Quicken on the Web page that I am no longer able to log on to. I have logged on in the past.
