We are investigating reports of some Quicken for Windows Users receiving an error when attempting to update accounts by opening/importing a Web Connect (.QFX) File in Quicken 2018/19 subscription version after installing the R19.44 release.

For most users, this issue can be resolved by closing and reopening Quicken.  If this doesn't work, then the Web Connect file and transactions may be still imported into Quicken by going to the File menu > File Import > Web Connect (.QFX).  In the Windows File Explorer window, navigate to the downloaded file and select it to open the file in Quicken.

This error message and the incorrect information in the message have been reported to our Development Teams for further investigation and resolution.

If you would like to be automatically notified once this issue has been resolved, please "bookmark" this post by clicking the Yellow Star Icon in the upper right corner.  Our development team is planning to fix this issue with the next release.

Thank you!
