several transactions from same payee fail to download

During April and May, I had four transactions from the same payee (a particular Walgreens store in the Milwaukee area) that failed to download, while all the other transactions during the same time period downloaded just fine. Since then, I've successfully downloaded at least one transaction from that same payee. Is there any explanation for this? Anything I can do to make sure it doesn't happen again from some other payee that I might not catch? (I'm running Quicken Deluxe 5.11.0 on Mac OS 10.11.6.)

Do you know how to check the OFX log file in Quicken?
This file contains a detailed record of all transactions downloaded into Quicken. Part of each transaction is a "FITID". This is supposed to be a transaction ID, unique for each transaction. If the bank creates transactions with duplicate FITIDs, the duplicates will not be imported.

If you can't find this file or need help searching it or locate duplicate FITIDs within the same download, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review that log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
