Consistent errors downloading from Synchrony Bank CP_SCRIPT_ERROR:160

I have had a consistent problem for the past week an a half where I cannot download transactions from Synchrony Bank Each account fails with:

Partial Download (-28)
1 new transactions downloaded (there may be more transactions to download)
CP_SCRIPT_ERROR:160
Last attempt 6/4/2019 - 9:08 PM
1 new transaction downloaded

I am running Quicken 2017 Version 4.8.4 (Build 48.20111.100)
Clicking on retry does not help

    One troubleshooting idea: Have you tried adding your Synchrony accounts in a test file (File > New, no mobile) and see if you are getting the same error?

    If so, we would recommend talking with one of our Mac technicians at Quicken Support. They will be happy to look into the issue and work towards a resolution. Please request a screen share.
