Very Slow To Update Prices

Has anyone noticed Quicken getting even slower than normal slow this month?
Any suggestions out there?

    How many securities are being updated while you run a One Step Update?
    How many of those do you currently own shares for?
    How many securities are marked as "Show in Watch List"?
    And ... do you use the Watch List at all?
