When is the Windows Users Receive "Online Services Unavailable" or Blank "Success" Screen after R19.44 Update problem going to be resolved?????

Please read and review them, too.It's my understanding that a possible fix for this issue is in the process of being released today. Check https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-mondo-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product and, when R 19.50 is available there, download and install the R 19.50 Mondo Patch file

I have Quicken Canadian Version R16.22 Build 27.1.16.22
When I open my quicken file it prompt me to login with my quicken id. Once I put my userid and password it show me a "success" blank page without allowing me to get into my file.
I already tried all steps for us version R19.44 and no luck

Quicken challenges me for my Quicken ID Password with a pop-up window. I enter it, and another (blank!) pop-up window appears and reports only the single word, "Success!" but there's no "next" button or "close" button, just a pop-up, and I cannot continue to Quicken.
When I click the last-resort 'close' button at the top of the pop-up, the cycle repeats.

Reinstalling was the only solution that worked for me. Unfortunately when the reinstall did not perform a clean uninstall. Instead it told me to use Control/Program to uninstall, but Quicken was not appearing in list of programs. Used Support Chat. He had me download a Clean Uninstall program. I ran it. Installed Quicken and now all is well.0

For the records only these are the steps I have performed
Case #02763717
Quicken Home and Business
Year:2019
Version: R16.22
Build:27.1.16.22
Edition:Canada
Issue: While opening my quicken file it prompt for Quickenid and password. When I fill the information and click login it shows bank screen with the word "success" and does not go further.
Steps I tried.
1) uninstall everything, clean up the following folders
%appdata%/quicken
C:\Windows\Prefetch
E:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken
and run QCleanUi.exe and then install it again. It did not work
2) Create a new admin user and run steps in (1). It did not work
3) Validate file and supper validate file. It did not work
4) create a new file. It did not work
5) create a new Quicken id and try to login with that. It did not work
6) Clean up all again and went to the registry deleting every single entry with the word quicken and follow steps in (1). it did not work
7) disable firewall and antivirus and by doing this also did not work.0 -

You did not mention cleaning up the folder "Program Data" as specified in the QCleanUI process. You are also running Quicken on a different drive than the OS which complicates troubleshooting.0

Markus, you are right I forgot to metion cleaning "Program Data" but I did.
Also I originally had quicken installed on my C drive when I start having this issue.
I installed in the E drive as a troubleshooting step. Technically it should not matter in which drive you install the app.0 -

Last couple of days, I need to re-input my password. I get a message 'Success' and then a message "Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time. Please try again later.

I have been getting the blank "success" screen, online services unavailable message and REPEATED message box to "sign in" for several days. The suggested "fix" involves asking me to sign in AS SOMEONE ELSE? Really? Like who? Is there a predicted time until this problem is solved or do I need to find another way pay my bills?

Hello @drbarbg
Selecting to "Sign In as a Different User" removes the currently stored registration information such as login credentials and security token and will allow you to sign in again with your existing Quicken ID credentials to re-establish the registration and Online Services in Quicken.
Please follow the steps listed and let us know if after signing out and back in you are still receiving the blank window that only says "success".

So I did that. I didn't get the multiple sign into Quicken screens now. But the accounts list on the left side of the page lists my Cobiz account now twice. Not sure which is the actual (and functional) account.
Something is certainly broken with Quicken.0 -
I downloaded and installed the Mondopatch, but the condition persists. I can't access Quicken menus due to recurrence of the login window. Is this a server issue?0

Has Quicken provided a date for resolution? This happens each time I open Quicken. I use the "sign in as a different user" every time and it works, but it takes a few times to get the program to stop asking me for my password, so I can access Edit/Preferences.0

One Step Update keeps giving me me the message "The server is not responding correctly. Please try again later." After closing this window One Step icon does not respond at all. Sometimes, but not always, closing and reopening Quicken resolves issue-- but only temporarily. What is the problem and how do I correct it?0
