Capital One Credit Card Payments do not download

My Capital One Credit Card account using Express Web Connect does not bring in the monthly payments.

    When running an update on the Capital One Credit Card account do you receive any type of error message or code?

    Or does the update complete successfully and say new transactions downloaded but none actually appear?

    If the update is successful but none of the payment transactions are visible, it's possible that Quicken may have auto-matched a previous payment transaction.  Please go to the Edit menu > Preferences and select "Transfer Detection" from close to the bottom left side - is the "scan downloaded transactions for possible transfers" box checked?

    If so, which bubble is selected?

    All transactions both debit and credit to the Capital One Credit Card account download perfect all of the time. Payments from source account to not show up.
