Unable to open Quicken (Canadian version) after recent update
When I try to open, it tells me "My system has blocked Quicken from accessing a file ("c:\users\MyName\AppData\Roaming\Quicken\Data\QW.RMD"). It points me to the security tab and tell me to change my permissions from Deny to Allow. My problem is...ALL of my permissions are already ALLOW. I have nothing to change. I have tried opening from a backup. No success. So...I literally CANNOT open Quicken 2019 now. HELP PLEASE.
