When trying to import my credit card getting this message...multiple times different day

"Quicken is currently unable to identify financial institution information for this download. Please try again later.

What should I do?

    What version of Quicken? Which credit card company? How is Quicken communicating with the credit card company?

    For the info re: Greg's last question ... do TOOLS, Account List and look (on your PC)  in the "Transactions Download" column across  from the account name.
