CC-501 Error on 1 Bank Account

I have been receiving a CC-501 error for several weeks on 1 account only. I have exhausted all options with Quicken Support to resolve this and have been advised to initiate a new file. I have years, if not decades of banking and investment data in these files and cannot readily recreate them. I have read other similar issues here on the Community site that were resolved through a reset of the connection at your end. I have twice previously sent my log files to report the problem, but the problem persists. What must I do to achieve a resolution?
