Can no longer view and manage all transactions in a given category

In this latest version of Quicken the Category list no longer provides the ability to click on a category to see and manage all transactions within that category. Now, when you select the link for that category it tries to re-categorize the last transactions in the last register you worked in (even if it's not currently the active window).

    I can't reproduce this. What "latest version" are you using?
    In R19.44, clicking the blue "Usage" number displays a mini-report with the option to show a full report.
    Double-clicking the category is equivalent to "use this category in the currently selected transaction".
    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS.
    Now using QWin Premier subscription version on Win7 Pro x64.
