getting en error when I try to sync desktop to mobile

I'm in Canada, and assuming that Quicken updated yesterday (June 18) I'm a quicken subscriber, using quicken starter 2019. After the update I couldn't download from my online banking website - the way I've been doing it for over 10 years. Instead Quicken forced me to set up banking update from within Quicken. So I did.

However, now when I try to sync none of my bank accounts will sync. The error says "parameter institution login ID must be specified for this request." I have no idea what that means or how to do it. I've put in my bank password where needed, and saved it. I also signed in with my vault ID when updating.

So my choice is to either try to disable account update, and manually enter each transaction and then manually reconcile each transaction, or just uninstall quicken mobile. :/ :/
