Can download all accounts on one computer, but only some on another

I have two Windows 7 computers, a laptop and a desktop. They are both working from the same internet connection, tethered to a phone. The laptop works as expected, and can download all transactions from all accounts. The desktop cannot download from any credit card account, but does the banks and investment accounts fine. This is using the same data file from each (I moved it from the laptop to the desktop).

Any ideas as to cause or fixes?

    I forgot to mention, both computers have the latest subscription version of Quicken, up to date.

    That is strange. What connection methods are you using for your various accounts? Direct Connect or Express Web Connect? What do the credit card accounts have in common that the other accounts don't?
    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.
