Security name changed on all transactions in one account, and won't let me correct it.

The Security name changed on all transactions in one IRA account, and won't let me correct it. I can't even enter a new transaction with the correct Security name. It populates the security name with the wrong security, and won't let me change it.

    It sounds like you may have edited the security associated with a single mutual fund account.  You may want to consider restoring a data file backup saved before you made the change, editing the security, resetting the account so that it is not a single mutual fund account, or replacing the account.
