How do I edit a compounding period on loan collection account?

I set up a new asset consisting of loan I collect with regular amortization in quarterly payments, but the options for compounding period are only monthly or semiannually.

HMMM, curious.  You can set the payment schedule to quarterly ... but not the amortization schedule, which can only be Daily, Monthly or Semi-annually.
Seems the Dev team over-looked a possible option.
I'll see if I can get this thread converted to an IDEA for voting by the community.
[EDIT] Discovered that I was able to do that conversion myself [/EDIT]

did this oversight ever get fixed? My quarterly amortizing loan is now paid off so moot for my issue but sure to arise again.
