Have you tried to restore a data file backup you saved before the issue appeared?

I'm using Quicken 19, newest version downloaded
    Windows 10

@Sherlock I tried that initially and it did not help. I have downloaded an earlier (beg of June) backup and that seems to have fixed the N/A issue but now it won't allow me to redownload any of my bank information.

    More details, please.
Using your restored data file, you should be able to just run a One Step Update (OSU) and redownload all transactions since the last time you ran OSU using this restored file.
What kind of errors or problems are you running into?

    Hi @dearley ,

What is the Build information for Windows 10? You are using Windows 10, but Quicken may not  work correctly with your Quicken. That's why you need to post from winver. Version is not necessary, but the complete Build # is necessary.

In order to restore the ability to download, you will need to reinstall Quicken and remove all log files, including clearing / deleting all files from Documents\Quicken. Backup Folder also.
    Backup Folder will be recreated.

    See this procedure:  https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editions

Questions? You will be able to download all information, since the Backup is from early June, less than 90 days old.
