    Are you getting any error messages with that download?  And, who did you download QW2019 from?  And, what Win folder are you downloading to?

    Who did you purchase Q from?  And did you download, complete the download and then click on the  downloaded file to install it?
    Also, you might try re-downloading that install file.  It might have gotten corrupted.

    Try turning off your antivirus when you download and install it.

    Can you be a little more specific, please?
    Is it the download file process which does not complete?
    Or ... did the file download process complete, yet the software installation process hangs up at some point in time?
    Can you show us a screen snapshot of what is showing on your screen at the time you determine that "the download does not finish"?
    When starting the download please be sure to select "Save file" instead of "Run" (or similar wording). You want the download file to be saved to disk before you start the installation process.
