Blank Screen After Attempting to add PNC Virtual Wallet
I'm trying to add a second Virtual Wallet account, but the connection wizard keeps going in circles. I use my login information, answer my secret questions, a "connecting to institution" window pops up several times, then i'm left on a blank screen. Hitting the connect button on said screen simply starts the process over again. Any suggestions? I recall having similar issues when I initially set up accounts on Quicken, but don't know how I got it to work.
