syncing error. "desktop transaction in "on" for 0.00 was not synced

I can NOT identify the error. How to find the error ?

    @leonnguyen @tpalya Can each of you post screenshots of the message that you're seeing?  The Win Snipping Tool, in your Win Accessories folder, works well for this.

    Also,  again to both of you, What BUILD of Q are you running?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

    Is that a typo? You said " Quicken Premier 2017 updated R20-15"
    There is no release 20.15 in Quicken 2017

    To try to answer your question, I must ask a question:
    Are you making transfers between accounts where one account is set up to be synced and the other account is not set up to be synced?
