After version R20.15 was installed, when I sync my account to the cloud, I get an error message

The error message says that " the budget items for my budget (never set up a budget) were not synced. The reference (paramenter=id, id=169250095163334145) has been deleted. Never got this error message prior to the installation of R20.15
