Why am I receiving "Quicken Online Svc is unavailable" when trying to update my credit cards?

I keep getting a box to sign into my Quicken acct when trying to update my financial records. I put password in and I get "success". I close window and it pops right back and I enter password again, get "success" again,close and window pops up again asking for same information. After 3rd try, I get message:Quicken Online svc is unavailable". I have not updated financial records in Quicken since July 15th when I was at Holiday Express using their wifi.
