Savings goal accounts are omitted from Income & Expense Report after latest update

I opened Quicken today and it automatically updated to the latest update version and now when I open my Income & Expense report, my 3 savings goal accounts that were always there are not showing up. I tried going through all the report options and checking anything that looked like it might fix it, but the savings goal accounts do not show up.

I tried setting up a new savings goal in a test file in QWin subscription R20.15
This creates an Asset account for the savings goal and contributions to the goal are recorded as transfers from a banking account to the savings goal account.
Transfers to the savings goal account are shown in the standard Income and Expense by Category report, and the account itself is not selected by default in the report. If I customize the report to include the savings goal account, transfers to the account no longer show in the report because it is now an "internal" transfer.
All this is as I would expect. Is this different from previous behavior?QWin Premier subscription5

How about creating a report and customizing so that it only includes those specific accounts and see if that works?Quicken user since 1994.
