NEW 7/26/19 Capital One - Credit Cards May Return an Error or No Downloaded Transactions

We have received notification that some Quicken for Windows and Mac Users may receive an intermittent "We've Hit a Snag" error message or no downloaded transactions when adding/updating accounts with Capital One Card Services.

We have opened a ticket with our Service Providers to investigate this issue further, but in the meantime, recommend allowing up to 48 hrs and then attempting to add/update accounts once more.
