Voya & Wealthscape

I can not get either my Voya account or Wealthscape accounts to be added to accounts in quicken, and therefoe can't sync them. I have verified my account user names and passwords, and that i'm access the correct financial institution in Quicken. They just repeatedly say the user name or password wasnt accepted.

Some of the FI now ask you to "allow third party access" to your financial data. Is this the case with Voya/Wealthscape?

Also, backup your file and then complete a Validate/Repair and attempt again. Situation last week where that cleared the blockage for an account setup.
